Maria holds a degree in Journalism from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB), a degree in Management Development Program form the IESE Business School, a postgraduate degree in Corporate Communication from the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) and a postgraduate degree in Audiovisual Communication from the Universidad de Barcelona – Les Heures.
Her professional experience begins in the audiovisual media (radio and television) as a news and contents editor for news and entertainment programs. She has also extensive experience in the production of audiovisual programs and in social press.
Maria is the Operations Director of Asserta, a position from which she is responsible for the overall management of the entire company.
Then she went to the other side of communication. First joining corporate communication offices and agencies and afterwards she took roles as Office Manager in several companies in different sectors.
In addition, she has experience in natural language processing technologies. She has a great capacity to create, manage and coordinate corporate and social events.
At the moment Maria is the COO (Chief Operations Officer) and is responsible for the global management of Asserta.
